As an ardent fan of Brief Encounter and Celia Johnson, i was inspired to become part of the film and travel back in time with my partner Janet. Our destination was Carnforth Station, to become Laura and Alec in our own Brief Encounter.We also hope to visit other locations around the country where Brief Encounter was filmed, and re-enact some small parts for our own film version.
